Hello RSM coworkers! I am thrilled to be moving to RSM into a Scheduler roll. I just found out yesterday and want to be as prepared as possible in the next steps.
So here are my questions.
How long does the background study take? I'm guessing admin staff have a study that is faster and less complicated than someone in Tax ect.
When training at home what did you need that wasn't supplied by RSM? My home office is well stocked but I want to be as prepared as possible.

I have an offer with Capita plc for 22 LPA for 5 yoe.
It's complete WFH.
Tech stack is spring boot and microservices.
Is it a product based company or a service based company?
How wlb will be in Capita plc?
I have been offered 6A band as senior software engineer, so is 22LPA fair compensation?

Thereās a budget for monitors, keyboard, mouse, etc. Iām not sure about desk ā havenāt looked. Dinners are allowed if you work late.

Monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam all covered up to a set cap for each. There used to be a policy for standing desks with medical note but not sure how thatās shifted with wfh. Dinners as OW1 said.
Standing desk or other home office furniture is generally on you - though a worthwhile investment!
Honestly donāt know. Sounds plausible but I donāt know if itās stated clearly in a policy. Once you start, you could ask HC.
