I would love a parrot myself, but I don't think I can afford to take care of one right now. Nevertheless, I agree with you that they make for wonderful pets if treated right
I wish I knew that they were so high-maintenance before I got one. But then again, I don't regret it one bit because it's just another thing to learn to do for my pet. I love my Polly-cakes.
I'm still in awe how they can copy human speech. Adorable and highly entertaining at the same time. hahah
Yes. I never met a parrot that's not sweet especially to its owner. But I also agree that it's really a high maintenance pet.
My sister has a parrot. Her name is Coco and she's such a character. Everyone loves her.
Did you really think it was all roses? LOL. Nope tough job.
They are such bright animals, I love them!
They should not get one if they cannot commit to it. But yeah, they are definitely worth the investment.
I am planning to get one. The fact that they are high-maintenance makes me think twice. Lol. I don't think I am ready.
