People that had taken the B4 route out of school, do any of you have regrets in joining the B4? Would you have done anything differently back then?

Guys, i have an offer at Accenture. I'm concerned about the probation period - 6 months with another possible 3 months.

A week or so ago, someone shared a stacked bar chart of each MBB/Big 4 firm that highlighted the percentage of consultants that say they work 40, 50, 60 hours etc a week at each firm. Out of curiosity. How would a company view a potential candidate who has a period of unemployment to study for the CPA. I am considering to start studying for the exam but I know I would need to leave my employer in order to give 110%. I am contemplating the idea of at least passing one part while employed. Then leaving my employer to study FAR. I am considering to leave my current employer anyways, so it’s more of how my future employer would view that lapse.

I had a hr round and her budget is 11 lpa.
I told her have 13 lpa pipeline already and wish 14 lpa.
She said "I have not seen the world. Only 20 percent ppl go beyond money, rest look for WLB, job security, learning."
Okay, so my thoughts are from where she got that stats - 20 percent really ?
I beleive HRs are also subset of that 20 percent, bdw I don't mind saying am a elite subset of the 20 percent looking for better salaries. What's wrong in asking ?

Feeling really overwhelmed and wondering if anyone else has struggled with something similar: I’ve been with the same company for about three years and I feel like it’s time for a change of pace. Poked around on LinkedIn and there wasn’t a single listing I was interested in that I felt genuinely qualified for. Did I somehow fall behind or does everyone just have unrealistic expectations?
