[query] Is it a good idea to say a firm No due to medical reasons to a new night shift project I'm hired in?Accenture
I recently got a night shift project (2 days ago) that requires me to work from 10:30pm till 7:30am
I'm not comfortable with these timings and I'm thinking to ask my manager to put me on Bench (Due to medical reasons that involve mental health)
Is it a nice idea to say a firm No to a new project I'm hardlocked into, due to night shifts?
My fiancé got approached for a Sales Executive Role at Instacart. Anyone have any insight into the company, job security, culture etc? They mentioned 100k base, 40-60% variable comp and an undisclosed equity grant. She’s already making 130k in a very secure job, so we are thinking no, but want to do our homework first.

I have an initial recruiter phone interview with Square Thursday. Is it it just a phone call or is it a video call and they didn’t specify. If it’s a video call what’s the dress code like? I’m coming from consulting so all my interviews were in suits. Any tips to get past the recruiter phone screen?

Doesnt seem like it now, but probably for the best. I would have used a curse word to illustrate this but fishes are sensitive
There‘s usually stuff in your contract that expressly prohibits you from doing that.
Counter point- depending on who the client is, what level and how long they may be in that role and who made the decision (based on what) to switch agencies. I’d probably want some new thinking at the strategy level if I switched agencies and if I were the agency I probably have some pretty strong strategy directors who helped me win the business. Ghosting ain’t right, but it ain’t personal
