OR circulating nurse here. Will preface this by saying I have the utmost respect for CSFAs in the OR setting. So my VP at my previous company felt bad and refused to speak to me or attend my farewell after my resignation. My boss in my creative agency threatened to fire me because I, a male, came into work with my nails painted. HR is having a very complicated day today as I found out I could take legal action if he does fire me since we don't have an established dress code that has any guidelines against male nail polish wearing.

Most important question:

1. I was on bench in my company since April 2022, So since may I was started looking for the opportunities for better pay but didn't got any offer still attending interviews.
2. In June 2022 i got know that I will have to work on 2 client's project which will be 50% 50% allocation on both sides.
3. I will be getting offer soon from one of the MNC, In that case what should I do?? Should I resign or go ahead with 2 client's project in my organization??

I received an offer from IBM Bangalore. However I saw openings at my preferred location Kochi only after the interviews. I called the HR after getting their point of contact mail and I asked if it's possible to switch. They said I'm already tagged to a project and that they'll check from their end if it can be done.

Anyone knows the chances of location being changed after receiving the offer and getting tagged to a project?

All I've wanted for myself was a big loving family to call my own.. my parents are unaccepting of my sexuality & my partners family is also quite fucked up so she's isn't super close to them either. Honestly this sucks & it feels like I'll never have a huge supportive family I've wanted & craved for.
