Planning a trip with 1 day in Philadelphia and 3-4 days NYC. What would make the most logistical sense for travel (where to fly in, stay, fly out, etc)?

Would it make sense to fly into Philly, stay the night, take train to NYC, fly out from there? Or just stay in NYC and do a day trip to Philly?

I'm traveling for work next month. NYC to LA. Thinking about spending the weekend in Vegas, to have dinner with an aunt and uncle. How does this work for reimbursement? (Yes, I'm gonna ask my partners/finance team as well.)

If I fly direct and round trip, it's about $1,200. If I stop in Vegas for a few days, it actually gets lower, to about $1,000, even though it's three legs instead of two.

I was asked to put together a working plan to obtain my CFF credential. I’m aware of the 2 certificate program (Core and Specialized) through the AICPA that will lead to the CFF. Does anyone have experience in how long it would take to complete the certificates and if there are other necessary or helpful study materials that would be useful? In a pickle here. I love dogs and SO not so much. However, we’ve been dog sitting this 8 month old pupper for one day every week since the last 2-3 weeks and it has completely converted my wife into a dog lover. I’m emotionally attached to this dog but very quickly realized this is very temporary.
