Please Help.. I have 7+ yrs exp in SAP Basis and always got support role with no wlb, hence I want to switch to other roles as I have lost interest. CSM or Salesforce Admin is something on my mind. Is it a good strategy? Any other options I can pursue without having coding experience? I am really confused. Will I be considered fresher again for such change and offered peanuts? How to show experience in such cases? How to find jobs?
