I gave 4 rounds of interview for Manager 1 but the final decision was that I am unable to raise the bar. The recruitment coordinator asked me if he can keep my details or share my details to his colleagues so that they can check if I fit in some other role in future. Need some inputs from people already working in Deloitte, I have one offer in hand but I am really concerned about what the people are telling about WLB. I do have my own hobbies , love to spend time with family and friends along with doing development work for my company. Will those be really screwed up if I join? If WLB is on the list of your priorities, then go for IBM.
If you are ready to sacrifice your WLB for good hikes and bonuses, go for Deloitte.

Nothing like that. Learning depends on you and not on the company. But to answer your question, you will get more technology exposure at IBM and more business/project management/consulting exposure at Deloitte.
You can choose what best suites your career goals.

Deloitte for better exposure. Joining bonus is just lucrative thing. In deloitte you will have better growth overall.

If looking for WLB then don't even think to join Deloitte, yes only if you are very lucky you will have WLB, but in IBM only if you are very unlucky you will not have WLB.
I think Deloitte is a better option for you. It is big 4. You will get many other benefits as well. It will be a good exposure to you. And, WLF depend on the project not on the company.
but what about learning?
I was analyzing the same thing. Apart from what was mentioned by others here, i think u also need to consider the fact that, Deloitte Variable is actually paid to the mentioned 10/15%. where as for IBM the GDP and PA, what is usually mentioned has not been promptly/ negligible paid by IBM for last two years(or Only 2% of CTC)
