Policy: Shift allowances

In some specific, very few roles only, there are 2nd and 3rd shifts (These are told to the candidates upfront prior to scheduling the interview).

Only the candidates working in night shifts are allowed for 800 per day shift allowance.

Ideally, if the HR has not asked you if you are comfortable working in night shift, that means you will work in general shift only. But pls do double check with your HR.

General shift and 2nd shift: No allowances.

I have interviewed for Decisioning scientist role at NatWest. It has been 2 weeks but I have not heard anything from them, HR said that she has not received feedback yet. How long does the process generally takes. Also how much I should expect, I am currently earning 22 LPA fixed

Current a commercial banking II analyst at truist, $95k total comp. Looking at switching into tech sales, got an interview for an account executive position in fintech. Anyone know comps for Florida or recommend the move? Heard WLB and perks are great.

During my interview process I clearly stated my salary expectations of 95k-105k. They came back with an offer at 80k. Is it even possible for us to come closer to a better agreement with them being so low? All other aspects of the job are in line with what I'm looking for, so I really want to make this work.

knows what the job entails exactly. I keep hearing about people "fooled" into taking a job in risk advisory thinking it'll really be advisory while they only end up doing IT and Audit support (which I do not want to do).

I have got an offer from Meesho with base pay 15 LPA, and expecting an offer of around 18 LPA from a good Bangalore based company.

I have been interviewing for a job. I think I will get an offer. On paper everything is great. ~30k more than I’m making now, plus larger bonus and more profit sharing. Everyone seemed nice. I know someone who works there, and she says it’s great. I hesitate because I love my job. I have the best boss I’ve ever had and genuinely like coming to work. I’ve never had that before. Am I stupid for staying or possibly leaving??
