I got selected in LTI and got confirmation on selection procedure, I had a discussion with line HRon CTC part as well, now after all discussion HR is telling she is not getting approval from BU on my on boarding because of hing demand of CTC, now I am asking to line HR on offered CTC but I am not getting an update, can you please guide me what should I do now.@Lti

Throwing this out there. My company was recently acquired and I was laid off yesterday. hey, I joined Deloitte in June 2020 as an GPS SA analyst, I just staffed on internal project only providing me adjusted utilization. Now my standard util is 40 and my adjusted is 105... and this project last in another month... by then my standard util might be 20.. will my promotion be affected by this? My target promotion year on TOD is 2022. My manager said we might sell to client and extend this project in September but nothing guaranteed.

I joined a new consulting firm and have been here for 6 months. Recently, a SaaS client (1k employees) that hired my old consulting firm reached out to me about a job opening - Lead BA working primarily to implement their benefit admin system for insurance companies. My current TC is 95k. Is it worth making the jump if the offer is north of 110k? Anything I should look out for? The client and coworkers were all nice, but I remember being stressed on the project due to limited resources.
