Profit sharing vs. bonus: I looked up total comp. for post MBA SA at LEK. LEK had base 165k, performance bonus up to 17k, profit sharing up to 27k. Is the LEK bonus comp. of 17k and profit sharing of 27k any worse or better than just having a max performance bonus of 44k, no profit sharing?

Is negotiating offers the norm now? I’ve been at my company awhile and at the time I was hired they said they don’t do negotiations, take it or leave it and they’d offer the next person. I do believe we renegotiate now, however I’m not sure if it’s the rule, the exception, or somewhere in the middle?

Clawback clause in current contract: been in role for over 2 yrs, it was an internal move that required relocation. Relocation was approved shortly after (over 2 yrs ago) but covid meant the actual move and start of my contract with new subsidiary was delayed, I was paid by the previous subsidiary meanwhile. I got small relocation package. Would internal move be subject to a buy-out/clawback clause if I leave now and if yes, is it time in role or time under new contract? Any experience? Thanks!
