Question: I am on an AE Hiring process. the HR said the salary range is 60k to 70k plus commissions and bonus. I told them, I am looking for 80k, considering my current salary and experience. So far I already had 3 interviews, things are doing well, only one more. So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

Hi. I have very low AMH, 36 years old & never have been pregnant. I have done 2 IVF cycles this year approx 5 months apart. Each time had only 2 eggs retrieved, 1 fertilization each which lead to the embryo reaching blastocyst stages both times & both came back normal after genetic testing 🤍 talk about beating the statistics odds! 🤞🏻 I now have 2 cutie embryos saved.
