Promotions this year are ridiculous.

4 YOE promoted to Sr Con, 6 YOE to Manager & 9 YOE to AD.

For all of them, it has been only ~2 yrs since their last promotion.

What the hell is happening at Deloitte India?

I have nothing against these fast-track, expressway, vande bharat promotions. What is your answer to the deserving candidates who gave more than those people and performed at the next level while receiving current-level pay? Just squeeze them hard at same pay and let them resign?

I have resigned and my agency is not counting my approved PTOs for two weeks. I put notice for 30 days, is there any way I can negotiate? Or is there any law that prevents companies to cancel hard earned PTOs?

If you know that a brand is about to drop an agency (and the agency doesn't know yet), do you tell people who work there? I don't know anyone there but this one will hurt them. Bad. 😳
