I have already completed 1 year with Accenture and is now eligible for a sub level movement. What is the usual increment given for sub level movement? And what should be the ideal fixed package for level 10.1 ?

I took GMAT 4 times. Maxed out at 720.
Took the GRE on a whim 1 week later and got a 330. It was significantly easier for me. Ended up with $ at an M7
I took gre and got a 335 and I got into one of the best M7s :) I don’t think it really matters which exam you take
pros and cons - pro of the gre is that is is easier than GMAT. you'll be able to get a better score in less time invested studying for sure. Potential con could be depending what pool you are competing in (are you in PE, banking , consulting?) your competition is likely going to be taking the GMAT which could raise questions as to why you didnt. however if you get like a near perfect GRE score, i think that would wipe away any hesistancy on your aptitude anyway and wouldnt really count against you (if admissions ppl think you chose the "easier" test) ]
