Unfurnished is better for landlords. If furnished your always having to repair or replace what is in the original lease agreement.
Condo furnished.
Pros: More rent, you don’t have to move/sell the furniture, you could do short rental if it is allow in your building.
Cons: furniture replace/repaire, specific market (usually long term rentals are unfurnished).Inventory.
Condo unfurnished.
Pros: less headaches, bigger market.
Cons: less money.
Pros: less headache
