Is the Chase Sapphire Preferred a good card if I only fly delta and skyteam?

I’m onboarding at a new consulting firm (big4). I was told in a big onboarding meeting with 300+ people in all kinds of diff roles at the firm that the ideal utilization rate is 80% billable. How long did it take you to get to 80% billable? And are there ever any consulting roles where you can consistently be less than 80% billable and still get promoted, get rated well, etc eg if your role just naturally involves a lot of admin work like proposal writing?

I am an independent consultant and am brought in to help business owners run their businesses more smoothly. An issue that I keep running into is the clash between what they want to do and what I think strategically makes sense. How do I go about a working relationship when the entire reason they brought me in was to fix what wasn’t working, but they won’t actually listen to me?

Am I the only one who is not happy with my current project and thinks the task we do is trivial or is it the same across the board?
