PwC Any info on the Product Development & Manufacturing team within Operations Consulting? I'm considering a manager role: Manufacturing - Ops Exc, Reliability & Maintenance Just trying to better understand the type of work they do and general expectations for a Mgr at PwC. The job description is both specific and only vague given the varied candidate backgrounds they are asking for.

I’m in OpsTransformation. It’s likely vague because the type of work you do on each project can greatly vary based on the client.
My guess is you advise large companies on the development of their products and how to manufacture the product effectively/ identify issues with their supply chain & process in place.
The expectation of a manager is to be able to lead a team, communicate effectively with clients, and have a good understanding of the work your team will be performing. Typically 6-15 YOE is common for managers.
Happy to refer if your background aligns well with the position.
