1. How much time do they take to revert? (They reached out within two days after the first and the second interview)

2. Do they tell if they reject you?

I have 2 offers in hand currently -
1. CGI - 25LPA +1L JB
2. Neev systems - 23LPA (5%VP)

Neev systems is ready to negotiate it with CGI. And both companies have their own benefits.

Neev's hike is good compared to CGI(almost double) & CGI have some additional perks like cab facility, Creche allowance, mobile, internet bills reimbursements and additional 5% shares.

Both might have similar WLB (12-9pm).

My DOJ is tomorrow, unable to decide between them. Pls help me!!

What is the typical team size a Deloitte Manager leads? I have about a year of experience leading a small team (3-5 people) and am at the Associate level at Booz Allen.

Would I be better suited for Deloitte SC or Manager level? I have 8 YOE total and 3 YOE in consulting. I have plenty of experience managing workstreams, just not a lot of people management. Not afraid of a challenge but also don't want to set myself up for failure if I'd be expected to jump in and manage 50+ person teams...

For those who have gone through Mck First Round/Final Round - could you talk about how the interview took place? I am a bit worried as it might be hard to connect with the interviewer when the process is not in-person. Did you have a phone call or a Zoom call with video, and did it feel awkward? So I have been made an offer by a company I like but it’s pretty similar to my current package (I also like where I am). The recruiter is pretty intense and is pitting me against another candidate but says I’m the number one choice and is asking me for a number to say yes “but not too high or the team will look at the other candidate”

So I get that in a corporate set up, you are supposed to be sharp and witty and think on your feet. Trouble is, I am extremely slow with comebacks. (Think Ross in Friends/Amy in B99) at the crunch moment, I generally end up not being able to give a good roast back. Unfortunately the best of them come to me like a few hours later (dinner/shower/TV) and I am left ruing and amazing opportunity to have gotten one back. I am awful at jibes and roasts.

Hello fishes , does client pay for the onsite visit that we do during UAT ? I have a flight scheduled tomorrow to Switzerland for UAT assistance to end users. It is 2 weeks visit. My client lead was trying to convince my management that I can work remotely and my management convinced them back that it is too late for cancelling my plan. It feels like I am going to onsite on mercy of client. Who is more important here my client or management ?

Hi fishes. Wanted your opinion on something. I have observed that many big brand companies (Siemens, BOSCH, etc) flex their brand value in job market and try to hire talent at comparatively lesser compensation than comparatively smaller companies (ITC Infotech, L&T, etc) who are willing to dish out a bit more more.

I believe this could be because the big brands get a lot of applications than the lesser known ones who also have more scope to grow. Is this right observation and conclusion?
