Trust is just the buzzword name that Assurance falls under in the new equation.

I started working in a agency two months ago, and I have two very big projects running simultaneously. My Creative Director left for paternity leave, and left me with all the work, facing the client, going to shootings, editing. I've been working 15 days straight, no weekends. The agency hasn't given me any back up/someone I can team up with to do the job. Is this normal? I'm used to have a partner, a copywriter or another creative working alongside. Keep in mind that I'm mid-level.

What do you all think of this Louis C.K. quote as it relates to pay? “The only time you look in your neighbor's bowl is to make sure that they have enough. You don't look in your neighbor's bowl to see if you have as much as them.” Do you think this would make us happier if we didn’t look at how much our neighbors make? Or do you think that by sharing our compensation we can do better as a collective group to force companies to take care of inequalities?

I want to switch role as an AWS developer. But I have just learnt the things on my own in AWS. In interview I am asked questions based on real scenarios on which I am not having any experience. Given consulting firms will not spend as much on travel going forward, will they increase our salaries?
