How is work life balanace in Honeywell India?
Hi there, got an interview with for a BA in consulting (insurance technology) but I’m kind of skeptical. I’m coming from another integrator consulting company. 1) What is the culture like in EY? Are you “agile”. 2) Would working in a specific service line in insurance meant it’s hard to exit?
3) Does EY still use utilisation for consulting? 4) Can I work on international projects? Any nice perks and benefits? Thank you!

Why did you tag the rest of the big 4 OP?
From my experience the big 4 are so large that culture can shift from service line and region/city.
Toxic 😈 toxicity of our cityyyyyy🔥🔥🔥🔥

I am speaking this on a firm level and based on the people I interacted with. The more samples you do the more accurate you achieve a decision. Unfortunately the major of ppl I interacted with at PwC gave me a much more awful experience than those at EY. The narrative from SC1 is true not not applicable here.
This person really has a vendetta against pwc lol. Must have gotten a bad snapshot and decided the whole place should burn. Firm definitely needs to work on work-life balance (as do all b4), but there’s nothing that can be construed as toxic on a broad scale.
Shitty individuals and teams? Sure, absolutely exist but they’re at EY too. Did you miss when ey leadership said women’s brains were like pancakes and told not to wear skirts?
EY is way much better. As someone moved from EY to PwC.
What office location?
Yes, your single experience speaks for two of the largest financial services firms in the US.
I can confirm EY was also super toxic for me that I left in one year. Very fake people there
Elaborate pls?
It’s all the same and largely team/OP dependent.
