Question for those that have moved post-RTO mandate. I was hired remote, then called to “RTO” a year ago, and go into a satellite office. I would like to move to a different state (one would have an office, the other option would not). I am looking for insight on how it went for you - did you have to get HR permission? Did they assign you to a new office? What did they do if you moved somewhere without an office location? Any insight would be very helpful, specifically for Omnicom. Thank you!

Wolters Kluwer - 15L fixed + 10% bonus + 1L joining bonus

Which one is better and which should i join. Emerson is calling to office from 1st days and wolters kluwer have agreed for few months of work from home.

Can someone explain how billable hours work?
