Question of the week; how to have a good work relationship with someone( my ACD) you don't like? I know that my job would be 10x more enjoyable if I could just get myself to like her.. but it feels impossible when all she can do is tell you your work 'can be better'. I'm not opposed to feedback, I just can't with her tone.

Mine was $16k (minimum wage before joining corporate) > $40k (contractor total before getting laid off) > $150k (current FT)?

Is that a 260% jump or 2.6x from $16k to $40k?
And a 375% jump or 3.75x from $40k to $150k?

Or do I calculate it by hourly rate?
