What level is the easiest to get a job at in public accounting?

How many folks here have gone from data science into ML? And how many folks here have gone from data science into product management, or want to? Would love to hear some views here about career paths for data science people.

What are some must read books that will help me understand the biopharma industry? I'd like to have a clearer view of the process from preclinical to marketing stage and just have a general background of the different major players, spec pharma field, the rise of CDMOs and CROs in the space, etc.

Estimated tax payment question:
I converted $30k of rollover 401k into a Roth IRA and have $26k of realized ST Capital Gains this year (Roth conversion in end of Q1 and most capital gains in Q2).
My total federal withholding tax last year was approximately $12k and this year I will have 40% more in reported income on my employer W2 and anticipate higher that $12k federal withholding for my new job.
