Got a random email from a supposed Amazon recruiter for a SDE position (which is not at all a fit). The email is amazon.com domain and there are no red flags in the body but it doesn't feel like an Amazon recruiter due to the tacky signature, etc. Has anyone seen this kind of cold-calling from FAANG recruiter?

I do all levels on LinkedIn since there is no space limits. On a resume I do whatever fits to one page.

Earlier in your career, it's nice to show your progression at your current company, but once you have a certain amount of experience, it doesn't matter as much.
Also, earlier in your career it makes a difference that you did 4 years as a C and 2 as an M vs 6 years as an M so it looks more like deliberate lying if you do it like that
my take... just put the last title and years in the company unless you really changed roles dramatically... its how you would introduce yourself anyways... im an x and been z years at y company. you can get into the nitty gritty but doesnt really matter. We all get people had journeys
Thank you
You should show progress over time, I had different skills and tech stack over the years.
You can do whatever you want

Show time at each level until you make PPMD
Thanks for input arguments would be showing displays progression, not showing leaves ambiguity for how long I’ve been leading/managing
Remember the more senior people on LinkedIn most likely started their careers well before LinkedIn started so it’s easier to only have the same title for their entire tenure instead of retracing steps.
