I don't have any hard data for this, but I've been going to the gym consistently this winter compared to previous winters and I'm not sick nearly as much as I used to be. Even when everyone around me is sick, I'm somehow managing to stay fairly healthy. And I I think the gym has a lot to do with it.

I’m usually pretty active as well, and I agree that it’s helped keep me from getting sick most of the time, at least before this winter. I’m not sure if it's about the virus or something else, but it’s been pretty bad this time.

I try to walk 10k steps on treadmill everyday
I tried to avoid it and I was knocked out by the flu a few weeks ago. And I still feel kind of wobbly, to be honest. The strain that's going around is no joke. I thought relying on social distancing would keep me safe, but there's only so much you can do. I should have broken out the N95 masks again.

I couldn’t agree more. This virus is really strong this time. I honestly felt worse than I did when I had COVID.
This may not be the reason, but I like to keep my body active. Whether that be a daily walk or going to the gym / a run / swimming!
I’ve found I get less ill since being a lot more active !?
Because my diet is not the best so that can’t help 🤣🤣
Being active has definitely helped me
