Bain & Company Bain & Company Do you have any insights into what they are expecting in the second (last) round? I saw that there are two cases and a presentation. Are they more interested in professionalism than the "analytical" skills assessed in the first round? Do you have any more insights into the presentation?
Many thanks in advance
I have received an offer from PA Consulting , which I think will speed up my development by around 2 years, compared to staying where I am. (More diverse role, exposure, not just focused on one platform/product for which I currently am). In addition, the offer is also a large increase in package. I have only been at my current company for 6 months, however I would like to take the offer, how do I approach this?
Hi fishers! I have offer and signed contract with Deloitte UK and my start day is in the beginning of April. I need skilled worker visa, and we haven’t applied yet for that. Yeah lots of non-British citizens on LinkedIn will apply to any random job even if not eligible, somebody who works in recruitment recently told me 90% of their applicants have no right to work in the U.K.
But they are in UK already on some visa or just applying from another country?

I think some of the reposting happens automatically though. I’ve had instances where I was interviewing at advanced stages for a role and it got reposted
We had some 90% of LinkedIn applicants without a UK visa (either international students or not in the UK). The remaining 10% were broadly unqualified for the role. Highly reliant on actual recruiters going out and headhunting qualified people at peer firms

I generally feel like LinkedIn could do better on insights tbf. There are many things I think would be helpful for candidates and should be fairly easy to integrate into the app like salary expectations
