Hello 🦈s,
Role: SAP ABAP
Current: 8 LPA
I am having offer from LTI for 10.5 Fixed & 1 Mouritech for 12 LPA Fixed.
I have also cleared PwC India interview & HR has told me that they can give me 10.5 as Fixed (Before 12 offer). I have not yet received the offer letter.
Now my question is will PwC consider this offer for the re-negotiation? Or will they not release the offer letter itself?
Also what should be my ask for a SAP ABAP Developer with experience of 3.3 Years?
Thanks in Advance 🙏

We're looking for a Senior AD who wants to produce lots of TV with crazy talented writers, a great REMOTE work-life balance and very few layers. You'll have access to C level daily. Most briefs are one, sometimes two teams and you'll produce what gets bought. Sound good?
If so please send your CV to Jsimotics@digobrands.com.
So I've had 2 hiring managers and several recruiters from Amazon reach out to me about applying for some open positions with the company (android). I completed the coding assessment and now they want me to go through a round of 5 hour interviews next week. Is there a good chance I'll be hired if engineering managers are reaching out to me? I'm really not sure how badly I want to work for them and I don't want to be laid off months after being hired on. Anyone know what Amazon hiring is like?

I did. Pros/cons are pretty much what you’d expect. For me - pros were better salary and benefits. Happened to have more flex arrangements (work from home more frequently) as well. Cons were - feeling like i needed to be “on” more, more visible of a role so bigger issue if I had to take a day off because one of my kids was suddenly sick, etc.
I did. And I allowed myself to believe that I had to prove to everyone that I was worth being hired while pregnant. If you do accept, please dont do what I did. Remember you are more than capable, and motherhood is an added benefit to your ability to lead and do your job well!
Do it! Do you think any guys would hesitate?
But seriously, down the road, you’ll more likely to have more control over your schedule in the senior position. You’ll need that with your new baby.
Good luck!
I did this recently. It was harder than I thought. But the mat leave benefits at my new job are so much better. The thing I found the hardest is that when you’re new and pregnant, that’s your qualifier. Not you’re the funny one or the one with cool hair. Just the pregnant one. But you have to do what’s right for your family in the long term. I do feel a need to scale up and prove myself when at my old job I would be scaling down. That’s tough but super short term.
Thanks for the information. And that’s great the new firm gave you the full leave. Good shop!
Yes and negotiated my flexibility needs and expectations around support before accepting the final promotion details/package. You definitely have more control over your situation when your are more senior.
For those of you that did, how did you discuss or avoid the fact your pregnant? I’m coming up on 12 weeks and have an interview trying to be scheduled in the next few weeks so I’ll probably be showing (or they’ll think I eat a lot of ice cream.) Did you wait until you had an offer then counter to ensure healthcare starts day 1 and you’re eligible for their maternity leave or did you bring that up sooner? Help!!
Yep, did this very recently. It’s certainly been tough for many of the reasons others have mentioned - feeling like you have to prove yourself more, pushing yourself harder than you would have at your previous job in an effort to remain visible and be a leader. It’s been overwhelming but for me, the pros are better salary, better position and title which will still be yours after mat leave (career progression is still there etc) and more flexibility to WFH at this agency. Good luck!
