Received 2 offers from an accounting firm and one from an engineering firm. Both pay are good with a slight difference of $2K. Accounting is within the audit space and as an admin, work is 7 hours, get summer off and benefits start on first day. Engineering firm is 8 hours a day and benefits doesn’t start after 3 months probation. The accounting firm employs only 250 (not a big 4). Engineering firm only 90 people but they’re growing.
