Is Nagarro good to join? I have a fully remote opportunity which I'm pretty sure I can crack. Is the pay and benefits good at Nagarro? Do they provide laptop and test devices or will I have to work on my laptop? Do they give medical insurance etc? What if the project gets over. Do they have enough projects or will I be asked to move to a different technology? Will I be fired if on bench? Nagarro

Hello people, how common is a Amazon to PWC move ?
I’m interviewing for a Senior Associate role and TC seems to be more competitive than role in L5.
TC $114k- Base AMZ- $73k +$38kstocks ( vesting 17k$ due next year)
TC $135k Base PWC -$81$ + Bonuses ( 50k$)

Btw. Congrats!
From the facts you mentioned - accounting, if that’s important for YOU.
But, listen to yourself how you feel about the two different teams, where can you see yourself work? Which team would fit better? I’d decide based on that since there aren’t any big differences.
Thank you, the learning curve is simple, but the role will be plateaued. No means of promotion as an EA unless if I go into accounting designation.
I would ask yourself your career plan what would best set you up for that? Also who did you actually enjoy talking to the most? Also benefits comparison for your lifestyle. Also what’s more important work life balance or kinda traditional setting?
Thank you. Been asking my husband same thing and he said that a a tough one. He mentioned due to my PMP certification, I can certainly use it within engineering space. But work life, he said you have no 4 day work week. Both jobs are stressful.
