All my family books because honestly I had no idea about most of my family history.

Backstory: My grandmother gifted all the grandchildren her new book for Christmas and it is EYE OPENING. She also had excerpts from books her parents wrote that I didn’t know existed!

OMG!!! That's so nice!

Following... interested in reading a good book or 2 this year .... mystery... thrillers.... career dev ... types

Never Split the Difference - really interesting book about the psychology of conversation written by the Lead FBI hostage neogiator

At what point does the value of a degree fall off? I'm in my early 30s, and have five years of experience, and work on a very theoretically interesting project. I believe I'm on track to promotion in the next year. So, I could put in a year of full time school to check the box off, but I'd be sacrificing hobbies and social life (not to mention cost). Is this FOMO or is there real opportunity here?
