Received an offer for a data strategy manager role in PE (Toronto) with base at $135K, 20% target bonus, RRSP match at 100%. Base is same as my current role but the bonus and RRSP match are significantly higher which will make my total comp at 175K. Thoughts on the offer? I have 7 YOE in consulting

I just saw a Sr Mgr Marketo role posted - they want 6yr+ exp. Role has direct reports so 3yr+ mentoring/leadership exp. They want certifications in Marketo, nice to have SFDC cert. It’s remote. Salary starts at $90k. Are they kidding??! Or am I just expecting way too much for certifications, and managing others in todays world? haha
