How to complete TQ in Accenture
Hi Fishers, I have accepted Walmart offer and my BGV has started 3 weeks ago. How do I check my BGV status? I will be joining in mid May. Also, I have been hiding one of the company where I had worked for 45 days and then absconded due to personal issues. Would it create any trouble? They had created my PF account though. Any help would be highly appreciated

Good or Bad?
My referral had interviews w/ (1)
recruiter, (1) SM, then the series of
(3) 1:1's w/(1) MD and (2) SM's.
The recruiter said he will now have
an interview in Jan. w/ the PPMD.
He interviewed for a M role in
consulting for customer marketing.

He does have a wide skill set and the
recruiter said it was all positive
feedback, just have to find out
where to put him (on the team he
interviewed for or another he is
qualified for).Deloitte

BS but fine. I know in these situations we all have limitation. Anyways congratulations. For analyst your offer is well in the range.
For Analyst, yes, but you could have pushed for Consultant level and then the base could have been 105 ish.
The recruiter said that given my lack of consulting background, pushing for Consultant level was non-negotiable.
Is this commercial or GPS?
Sounds like it’s right at avg. If you want someone to compare it to here’s mine:
I’m an A2 with 4 YOE with a BA in poli sci from a no name school, and high govt clearance in GPS. I’m at 75K and will be surprised if I reach 88 as I promote to C1 next week.
That being said I work 42hr weeks and I’ve hit 50hr like 4 times this year for some proposals. So WLB is 👍🏼
You should come as consultant and not analyst after having 3 years of work ex. Also Deloitte is not a good company, its better not to join
I am in consulting and switching to Deloitte.
Most of the big 4 you will work min 12 hour days at all levels - until you make Partner. If you come from a 9-5 or 9-6 background really understand what you are getting into before joining consulting. 9-5 is client work and then you are expected to do 3-4 hours of work for the practice / business development *if* you ever want to be promoted. If you don’t do this your chances of getting to consultant go down by half. Once you hit consultant there’s actually no way up without this.
I came from industry and don’t regret it as I was already working 12-15 hour days for less pay and I just enjoy working. since joining consulting in my first two years I put in more than I can count on one hand 20 hour and 24 hour days.
