Received an OL from an ORG last week where the DOJ mentioned is of next month. After accepting the offer I have been chasing the onboarding SPOC to extend the DOJ as per my initial discussions with the recruiter, HR at the time of interview (90days NP). The onboarding SPOC is giving me reasons like: portal is down/ Business is taking time to approve the DOJ extension/can you try to buy out?. I'm tired of listening these reasons since past week. Is this common in any ORG with DOJ extensions?

Hi guys, I have got one full time job for 14LPA from 10.5LPA in Coforge for BA role. On the other hand, I have one more offer for Canada and the job is on 2 years contract basis with 80k CAD per annum where I have to sign 2 years agreement as well that I can’t back out once I get the offer. I was interested to go CA but scared in terms of job security, economic slowdown and a big change. Is it worth going to CA on contract basis job declining the full time opportunity in India.

They're offering me a good package with so many career benifits like an onsite, opportunity, certification n good technology exposure. Another offer frm a reputed comp a tier 1 comp not an expectd package n benefits.
