Received offer from TCS, but my BGVis still in progress. I submitted all documents about a month ago, and HR has asked me to wait still only 4weeks.
My current employer verification should be fine.
For a previous employer, I did not serve the notice period, I have Experience letter,PF Bank statement
I do not have payslips from that employer.
I've seen posts about BGV issues, offer revocations
Has anyone faced a similar situation with TCS?
Would you recommend accepting another offer as a backup?

I'm having two 2nd-to-last rounds for non-G FAANGs this week, but I haven't heard if/when I am advancing in interviews for 2 different roles at G that I last interviewed or phone screened for 2 weeks ago. Will Google speed up if I tell them I'm in the process with another FAANG? Will it look bad if I tell G I'm advancing elsewhere but don't get the offer elsewhere?

Anyone else super unimpressed with administrative support with a new firm after lateraling? I told a partner I’d just take care of a routine task myself. He told me my rate is too high and to use a “project manager” (basically an intern they can pay less than a paralegal). We have a 40 person group and 3 project managers making starvation wages. Big firm. You’d know the name.
