Recently head hunted for job done couple of interview, told job was mine then got rejected for a junior ? Money issue or what you think happened here

What resources do you all use to prep for strategy and business operations interviews at tech companies? I’ve heard rocket blocks and prep lounge but lmk thoughts!

I’m interviewing for a job and am in the third and final round. I have to develop a strategy based off of a case study and then do a 30 minute presentation to a panel of people. I haven’t ever done this before. Does anyone have any advice or best practices for this?

I'm a first yr attorney at an insurance firm and am in the process of interviewing for an in-house position at a tech company. What are the best responses for “a time when you led a team” in a consulting interview, for someone who has not had a managerial position (1 yoe) before? I also don’t want to use an example from undergrad so I’m kind of stuck. What are they really looking for in this question? Initiative? Impact? People skills? I finished a third round interview, and HR contacted me that afternoon saying I had positive feedback across the board and they would contact me the next day regarding next steps. It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted. Honestly I wish they would talk with the hiring manager and then let me know the decision instead of checking in. It’s messing with my emotions.

Currently going through some negations on an internal role. I’m currently at 88k and they offered me 100k for a position that requires a lot more work. Do you guys think it’s easier to land a higher salary when applying externally rather than internally? Also this is for a territory sales management role. They stated 120k+ is extremely high for that role. What do you guys think? Playing the game?
