Recently joined Cognizant, amazed with Micro Management! Is Cognizant living in the British Era? The manager is calculating in-out time in a development project. If someone is away for 15mins, calling instantly & scolding in front of everyone. Strange! Seriously regretting to join this hell. Can't concentrate much on work, feels like I am on fire. What happened here! If any HR is reading my post, kindly stop this non sense

Hi Fishes, I joined LTI on 21st Nov as Specialist- Product Engineering. While HR discussion, hr told me that this for LTI product FOSFOR. After joining one person gave me assignment on java+react js, which I completed and shown to them. Now they said your RM will get you a project.. Is it that now they are not considering me for products? In iprofile it shows project name as ABAS but manager name as RM name. Can someone help me?
