I use nationwide. It's an employer sponsored benefit, so it is discounted. I pay 48 a month for 70% reimbursement on accidents and illnesses. It does not cover wellness visits, but I think you can add it on. It's well worth it! Also located in nyc.

I have Embrace for my dog! I’ll recommend them forever - I pay $50 a month but they just covered 90% of an unexpected surgery, and they were AMAZING to work with (I never thought I would say that about an insurance company). I’m in the greater NYC metro area.
