The role is of data governance manager. What should I know for the interview, or how can I prepare for it? Any thoughts? They told me I don’t need financial background. Data is data, but they wanted to know metadata management and how do I build frameworks/implement enterprise systems.

I am 25 years old with in hand salary of 1L(just from last month) and i want to buy a term insurance plan. My questions are:
1. Is it wise to take 2 plans of term insurance one with return of 60 years and another without return of 80 years of each 1cr.
2. Is it wise to include health riders in insurance plan to claim for 80d or just chose health insu

For those working in house, how much “from scratch” document drafting are you doing vs. reviewing and revising “outside documents”. For example, if your company wants to enter into a joint venture company with another entity, are you drafting the company agreement “from scratch” or is it based on internal forms? My contract is ending 12/31/22 and can’t be extended legally according to our CFO. Worked in various increasingly responsible roles at the same organization as a FT employee in IT for 17 years and then took a buyout and chilled doing side gigs for 18 months then came back as temporary contract staff for the last 3.8 years as Business Analyst and Technical Writer. Curious to know if I’m being unreasonable in expecting my next Senior BA role to pay in the $110-130k range in the DC Metro Area.

A few years ago, I proposed a grant to my Board of Ed, but was turned down... so I put it on DonorsChoose instead, and it got fully funded (about $2800), but my school district said I could not accept the grant under any circumstances! So I had to ditch the idea (and the FUNDING!)...
Anyone else experience this? I still wonder why.... and it was never explained to me. (Veteran teacher, 20+ years’ experience.)
