Rejecting a job after accepting offer, before joining date?

I have accepted an offer from Accenture and I am already on notice period. Today I also received a better offer from McKinsey.
I can still decline to join Accenture, right?
Can they blacklist me? What could be the repercussions?

I joined Nagarro recently (about 5 months back). Recently I got a call from Vish gyana technological solutions (VGTS) and they are offering me 50% hike from current CTC. Is it good to leave nagarro and join VGTS. Thoughts?
