I accepted TCS offer with 50% hike. Later I got other opportunities with 120% in CTS, LT, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Mphasis, Accenture. Requested TCS for salary revision. Asked me to send counter offer. No response from them. My DOJ is on Dec 13, do TCS keep me in blacklist if I don't join? Please suggest.

Started going to therapy early 2020 and had a few sessions where I really felt like I made a breakthrough and left feeling like I was on cloud 9 after every session. I stopped going (it was the through school and I graduated/covid happened) but recently started again with a new therapist. I am not feeling that “breakthrough” feeling after any of our sessions and see it as more of a burden than helpful - is this a sign that maybe this therapist isn’t for me?

I work as a Business Development Manager at a sports club.. I’ve been given a couple of months “trial” in the 6 figure and above sales in which I don’t see going back to my other role on lower sales. This was a somewhat good move for me until I consider missing out on commission each month that was more than my salary. (£25k salary, over £2k per month commission)

Curious here - my buddy just became a “Director” of Business Development in a LCOL area for a professional sports team. He likes to brag about how much he makes but I don’t really buy it. Obviously it’s subjective depending who you ask. Also, “director” gets thrown around willy nilly now. Any idea what someone like this makes? Talked to an M1 in Deal Advisory (FDD/AAS) that makes $110K in HCOL. Does that seem low/high/in-line with what you would expect?

I received an offer from a firm that has been persistently seeking me, although I wasn’t looking. Work arrangement, benes, & title are similar to my current position, but they are offering $16k more than my current salary. I did just negotiate my raise in July, from 11% to 20%. I am very content with my current employer, but hubby thinks I need to bring this to HR. I don’t want to rock the boat, and I figured I should wait until next year and factor that into my annual raise. Thoughts?
