I try having a work routine and life routine during this wfh, and during the down time... it was all dandy, but with busy times... I’m in a rut. Can barely exercise and so disfunctional during work. How do I get into a routine that can be effective even when everything is chaotic?

I was once at a dinner with a second year analyst, consultant, and partner, and the analyst said he planned on retiring by 30 and the partner and consultant laughed. I went through the hiring process with this company and finally got an offer. They offered 88k/year and I responded opening a negotiation. I received an offer for 80k to work as a desktop engineer for TCS at one of their client’s locations. However, I have seen poor reviews for working at TCS and I’d like to get some feedback from anyone currently or had previously worked for that company.
