Returning to work after the holidays is rough. Sometimes I miss bedside days because you don’t have piled up work waiting for you 🫠

I may be an outlier, but I don't mind coming back to a full schedule after the holidays. I feel better when I'm totally busy, working only some of the time during the holiday break was starting to get to me. I'm used to a busy routine.

I’m looking for a new job and will definitely ask about vacation coverage! And even if they have it, you have to trust that coworker to cover for you adequately..

I trained on .net and then after I supported .net application. After 3 years I got to work on ssrs reports. We build reports from scratch in ssrs, then I worked on qlik view application. Attended training on qlik sense. My question is for which openings/certificate I have to look .net (I have only support knowledge) or reporting tools like ssrs, qlik view ? I have an interview coming up for a Case Manager position for the in-home care company. I would have 16 patients in my caseload 9 locally & 6 out of town. The company said the case managers are the backbone to their organization. Is the workload much greater than the in home nurse?
