Hi fishes! I volunteer with The Art of Good, a creative collective helping small businesses affected by the pandemic. They are seeking a little help from a media professional. Need an SEM POV for a small business looking to change their name and relaunch their brand. This is non-paid. More about giving back while in-between gigs. :) If you can help out or want to learn more, please reach out to me via LinkedIN. Thank you!! www.linkedin.com/in/karenkohn/

Nope. They made a deal w/ a private equity firm. PE’s don’t build. They gut everything and strip it to sell the parts.
Agree. PE is layoff after layoff so the margins can grow, leaving teams so lean they can’t get the work done.
They’re leaving because they wanted a decent beer fridge.

This is the most accurate and succinct response to this post. Thank you.
Good. The holding company didn't know what to do with R/GA beyond budget and staff cuts. The PE company gets a name brand and a client list to build something around. The clue is the $50m innovation fund. This suggests that they are planning to build a bigger business.
Was this R/GA’s decision though? Sounded like IPG put them up for sale last year…
They are now owned by PE which is ROUGH. I hope they make it.
