Hi fishes, got an offer from rb and have few doubts
1. does rbei give 100 percent variable or little less?
2.When is the variable payout and hikes every year?
3.What is the current work from home situation? Do they allow permanent work from home from different location?
4. Was anyone able to renegotiate their offer?

Hi fishes i gave an infosys interview on 12 Nov 2022 for the role system engineer with 1.7 YOE and interview was easy answered confidetly. My CCTC: 8 LPA and ECTC : 10 LPA( INFOSYS) will Infosys pay ECTC for my 1.7 YOE.

When i got into cyber security i was extremely enthusiastic about it. I was fascinated by how a simple string on hexadecimal values can give you remote access to any machine, so i learned many things like exploits development, reverse engineering and malware analysis. During my tenure of 6 years i used IDA just once.

In my opinion Indian cyber security, especially SOC is just like another job, we don't have a creative culture in cybersec domain. That's heart breaking.....

What I feel is who have joined PwC between October'21 to January'21 have got default rating-3 and hike of 5% and bonus also similar to that.

As 31st January was the cut-off date and they had given 5% ad-hoc hike in January as well.

I might be wrong but general observation and possibility I'm talking about.

General doubt regarding bonus-
When an offer incudes yearly bonus for Jan to Dec to be paid next year, then the bonus is only paid if the employee completes full year or it is given on pro rated basis to employees who resign without completing full year

Currently working in Oracle PL/SQL with 5yoe 18 LPA salary, I switched after 4 years , I know reporting tools(BI publisher and tableau) and ETL (informatica and ODI) . I liked the work I did in my first company it involved a lot of coding in PLSQL but in my second company it's data warehousing and boring work. I accepted a promotion with my company a month ago. Im really liking the role and it’s a fantastic learning opportunity. Out of the blue they announced we would have to go back to the office 3 days per week. I want to stay fully remote. I have 8+ Years of work experience in Sales and Customer Service in Telecom E-commerce and hospitality industry.
My take home salary is 40k in hand (CTC 5.5).

Recently interviewed for a management position and it went well. I was given “homework/assignment” and I spent hours on them and they loved my work. The next step was to meet with the department director, but prior to that, they disclosed the budget for the position and I was shocked! It was far below industry standard and below entry-level pay for the position.

Ok, I have to ask this- is it worth considering Salesforce role in Amazon for the sake of RSUs? I am based in Texas, have good tech and functional skills, 10+ certs and salary < 150k

My company provides decent base salary but no other benefits RSU, high joining bonus etc.

I have ‘heard’ about Amazon providing pretty attractive packages for tech roles. Buuut, I have also ‘heard’ that WLB could suffer depending on your team. That said, is the juice worth the squeeze?

I completed technical round of interview for Cognizant and was scheduled for L2 round. But during the L2 round, there were some technical issues with the application due to which the interviewer got a lag in my voice. So he said he would reschedule the interview. What should I do next? @Bosch, I received offer from Bosch in Sept, they offered me whatever I asked initially. But by the time Bosch offer came, I got another offer with better salary so i asked the recruiter whether the salary can be revised.She told me to drop a mail to the HR keeping her in loop.I did that on that day immediately.Afterwards I kept calling the recruiter for an update, everytime she is telling that she has to speak with the HR.I tried calling the HR directly but she never picks call.can someone help
