This is a director level role for sure - I'm currently a 3 year SM and looking to jump - partnership is not in my future...

They are talking about $200 base + perf bonus and stock for a total package of approx $300-$350

That's brilliant, OP. Hope you get it and it works out the way you want it to. Partnership here involves a lot of crap, and it's great you've identified that it's not for you. Industry comes with its own crap (lived there for 15 yrs), but from a consulting background, you should have experience navigating it already. Good luck!

How much do you guys expect to get as salary in an industry role

I've always thought if I could get a bump in level (manger to director) and close to a 30% raise with stock options it might be worth it. Interested in what other people would expect if they made a switch. Obviously many have no interest in moving into industry.
