Any input on job offerings I’ve received. Morgan Stanley CRU risk officer pay is $70k with a less than 10% bonus. And KeyBank position is a private client advisor pay is $67k but bonus can range from $10k -$25k depending on performance and other compensation factors. I feel I should be Senior SE in Microsoft (level 63) but when I got microsoft offer last year the HR said it is the maximum they can give. Fixed base is 28 LPA. Does anyone have tips/methods for staying on top of all the little things? I’m in litigation and it’s a constant struggle to make sure I have accurate and up to date ‘bring ups’ and that I float anf rename all my emails and get all my time in and update my partner etc. like I can maybe get 1 or 2 but I’m never on top of everything and it’s so hard!

My partner now accepts and understands I am just going to have some organised chaos but also I want to make this little shit work for me!

Interviewed for 5.5 hours today at a boutique IB today. Base comp is a slight bump. 14 mos in FDD @ PwC who will make senior this CRT - love the role but want to see more of the transaction besides TBs and TB detail. Comp isn’t a huge bump but the IB seems to have a good culture. 20 people. I really am struggling. I worried about FDD golden handcuffs with limited exit ops. Please advise!!! How should I navigate this and assess it from an unbiased perspective. Thx!
