Making plans for that year end bonus!

Need advice. I’m a super senior content EP at a well known agency in the U.S., where I’ve been for quite some time. Checked out http://Glassdoor.com, and I make at the high end of the ranges for similar agencies. In the past year I’ve also taken on additional responsibilities (outside of traditional EP duties) that have doubled my workload and raised my profile quite a bit. How should I go about brining up a sizable salary bump (some creatives and even planning peeps earn more with much less responsibility)?

More than 20 years of total experience, same certification, same time doing AWS. I make a little over 200 (base) in a much pricier market.
I think 200+ is in the upper limit. Maybe TC will get you there but you’d be lucky to get that as a base salary. Good luck!
In in Texas with less experience making over 170. 200 is possible.
Dallas/Houston and Austin command different salaries. In Dallas I’d be making roughly what you are =\
I’m about to hit 7 years and am at 155 base. I think you could expect to hit 200 as a solution architect if you hit your numbers, but agree it would be a stretch base.
Though I do know some people who claim to make 200k base + bonuses in similar roles
(In Austin)
I’m super shocked at these salaries. All the other threads I see are full of people 3YoE making $200k at consultant level. Good to see some people still live in reality
To be fair, Austin is a much lower cost of living city. In NY, SF, Chi, 200k base would be a no brainer for the same role. I think that’s where a lot of confusion comes from.
It is hard to get to 200k base without sales or management responsibilities. You can probably get 170-180k base plus 15k stock plus a performance/sales based bonus that should put you well over 200k
Just to be clear, do you have a total of 15+ years of experience or 10+ (where the 5 in consulting is part of the 10).
Latter, half of it is technology consulting.
What company? If it’s amazon, the ceiling is 160k for base salary
In my market, an architect without management responsibility will start to top out 170-180, with 10%ish annual bonus, you can push up near 200 total
