SAP ABAP developer and stuck in a very toxic long term project with no worklife balance and a hell load of workload. Every task is a priority and has to be completed by eod. There is no learning for me as well. I want to get released from this project because resigning is not an option before I complete atleast 1.5 years. The leadership is not supportive at all and most of the members in project are incompetent. I am pretty sure they wont agree to release me. what are my other options?

Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? I regret choosing Deloitte India over USI, salary is same but i liked the clarity of my leadership team, which is still the same they are awesome, but USI people are getting many benefits, on time Hikes and appraisals, but i don't get all of those, which is kinda depressing.

I have two offers in hand. KPMG and Deloitte. CTC is almost same whereas variable is more in KPMG. I am inclined towards Deloitte India. But HR in KPMG told me that I won't be able to join KPMG India in future as I accepted their offer. I informed her within 2 weeks and didn't do anything for onboarding.
