Larsen & Toubro Infotech Hi there fishes, I am a Frontend developer with 3.4 years of experience. Currently I'm serving notice period.
My LWD is 2nd November 2022. I have experience in Angular, React, Nodejs, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, MSSQL.
I am unable to find a referral until now. Can you guys please kindly help me out? Appreciate your help. Have a nice day

Off topic: I am stuck in a service based company for last 4 years in a shitty project. The work I do can be done by a 12th grader. Now i want to move out by learning something new & changing my domain. But the thing is I am not able to study because I am stuck in a comfort zone and learning new thing gives me bad anxiety. It feels like I will never learn & be forever stuck here. Pls help on how to come out of comfort zone, learn things and apply for the job. Tata Consultancy Infosys Wipro

Many thanks for the advice! Yeah, this is what I have been thinking about through out the day. At my level, 4 lakhs is a lot to lose, very honestly.
Normally I would say take deloitte but that is a big paycut...agree with above, stick with TechM but continue looking around

Are you looking to relocate, or is that a negative for you?
Many thanks for the revert! Relocation has two downsides for me -
1) Leaving my family as they can't relocate at present.
2) Increase of costs, as I would have to rent an accommodation. Plus, I will have the food and transportation costs which are definitely more when compared to my current city. I wonder after these cuts, the money I will be left with will be same with what I manage to save in my current job.
And the biggest catch is if you are into SAP domain Tech Mahindra is better than Deloitte for work life balance , work satisfaction like you would have done so many things and having inhand working experience of Bw, trust me if u join Deloitte u will be mostly doing excel work since there will be 5 other people doing a small work and then u may work in some rollout project and have 10 plus meeting of the same thing daily. Just to give u a bit of insight, in a project plan we have cutover phase right so for only cutover phase plan there are 28 no of versions and u donot know which one to follow. Synchronization from people to project and the management is very poor.
