Hi connections, I was fired by my company Home Credit yesterday, 70% of my channel has been fired. I worked here as an Engagement manager. At what point do you draw the line on WLB? Working insane hours on a long/term project with what feels like no end in sight. It’s not sustainable but clearly expected. Could you get fired for drawing lines in the sand and saying (example) “come 8:30 every night I’m logging off”. That’s a 65 hour work week as-is but I currently am up until midnight working consistently. For context I’ve been rated as a strong performer consistently and am not new to the job so it’s not a lack of understanding.

With a recession around the corner - two questions:
1) will there be layoffs at Deloitte? My concern is we hired so much ppl this year.
