Part of me is curious if it was all part of the plan? Stir up people, get more visibility, and ultimately give the people what they want... even if it was expensive, this is the most I've heard about Cracker Barrel in years.

I would love to know! I think it is so interesting how they are going back to the old logo. It just shows the power of the interenet honestly because people hated it.
PRWeek has the details. It says Blue Engine was brought on in 2024 and was involved in the brand relaunch.

I heard it was Prophet, but that's just a rumor. Either way, I don't think they could have reasonably expected all the backlash that they got. Who knew people cared so much about the LOGO of a chain restaurant?
Agreed. I feel like people are more mad about the redesign of the restaurants themselves and the logo just got the flack for it all.
